ProactiveIT2 Platinum

ProactiveIT2 Platinum is our premier program for clients who want a fixed monthly fee to service their mission critical network. ProactiveIT2 Platinum is a step above hiring your own IT staff. With ProactiveIT2 platinum you have access to the knowledge and resources and tools of the entire Squaretree IT network team of experts, you have 24/7 proactive monitoring of your network, you have the highest level of priority, you have on-site presence for a set number of hours a month and you have a fixed rate for all standard maintenance needs and preferred rate discount of 15% on all network infrastructure project requirements. No need to worry about vacations or sickness leaving you high and dry, we cover those for you. In addition we provide a help desk service for users to ask questions about how to use the software and services provided on their machines. This is an all inclusive service for the mid size company that knows that downtime is very expensive and their staff productivity is one of the most important aspects of their success.

INCLUDED SERVICES

The Squaretree ProactiveIT2 Platinum program provides:

• Fixed monthly price for your network and help desk support services from Squaretree based on estimates of usage outlined below. Only projects (such as upgrades), costs (such as replacement parts or new equipment), and support contracts from third party software/hardware vendors will cost you more.

• Remote monitoring/alerts through the Squaretree 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) for listed devices

  • Squaretree will institute immediate remediation during normal business hours
  • Based on your program Squaretree will institute remediation after hours/night and holidays.

• Patch Management

  • The most important line of defense against virus attacks is vigilant patch management. This agreement will provide for proactive patch management.
  • Squaretree will provide 24/7 monitoring of patch levels and remote installation and update of patches on all covered equipment.
  • While most patches do not create problems occasionally a patch will interfere in unexpected ways with your services. Upon being notified of bad patch behavior Squaretree will start immediate mitigation.

• Security Service monitoring/alerts

  • This agreement will provide for specific security monitoring, alert and support services to all devices as identified in Appendix B.
  • Squaretree will provide 24/7 monitoring and alerts for agreed upon IT security devices/measures.
  • Squaretree staff will respond to any detected security incident(s) based on severity

• Proactive Preventative Maintenance Support

  • Our team will conduct monthly proactive services on your network to ensure that all devices as outlined in Appendix B are functionally as efficiently as possible.
  • Any invasive proactive work will be pre-advised and where practical conducted during scheduled maintenance times so as not to negatively impact availability.

• Squaretree Service Desk Support

  • Priority Response Times as outlined in Appendix C of this agreement.
  • Emergency work will be conducted as required to resolve issues that are impacting business operations and will be billed against your pre-paid block or drawn from any reactive, emergency support hours included in this program.
